Our kits are handmade to order, so please allow a short processing time before dispatch. Shipping covers postage and packaging, but import fees or taxes may apply in your country and are not included.
Because our kits are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If that happens, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
