There are separate tutorials on YouTube; chapter 5 of Witches Cottage is for the Chimney Stack, chapter 6 of Witches Cottage is for the Chimney Breast and Hearth.
These files are designed to be made in matboard at 1/12th scale, but can easily be scaled up or down for 1/24th, 1/48th or even 1/6th scale providing you use thinner or thicker materials to suit.
